Prevent Medical Error is a 501c3 nonprofit and gratefully accepts and appreciates donations. Please note that donations are voluntary, and do not constitute or create in any way a binding client, project, or purchaser relationship with Prevent Medical Error.

Return of donations in either whole or part: Prevent Medical Error reserves the right to refuse donations, partially or fully return your donation if it does not meet our terms and conditions, or otherwise deems that your donation fails to meet normal standards and practices.

We do use or sell your private health information or other private information for commercial purposes. We may use your name and address for Prevent Medical Error fundraising.
